When you spend good money and have people guarantee you that something is authentic and find out it is not can be just heartbreaking. Shipping and Order Tracking

We only ship within the United States at this time. International shipping will be added in the future. If you see something you really want contact us and we can work out the shipping cost before you make your purchase.

All orders are accompanied by a tracking number that is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information when your order ships.

New Luxury Brand will ship directly from the source, at this time orders are taking approximately 5 business days to ship, this can vary depending on your payment method. After pay and Klarna can take additional time to process.

Return Policy - As a small business it can be detrimental to the business when numerous customers make returns due to buyers remorse. We have fees that are unseen to the customer and we offer all of our items at a discount from the original MSRP. So we will not be accepting returns or cancelations of orders. GWP — What does GWP mean? These are items that were created and often times at a lower quality and given to as a gift with purchase. These items are authentic from the luxury brand but will not have COA with them. Often times these items may be altered to make an item like a makeup pouch into a handbag. Please always read descriptions to know exactly what you are purchasing.

Upcycled ___ Upcycled are items that have bits and pieces of a luxury brand on it. So for example we may take a no name brand or a midrange brand and add patches of authentic leather or hardware from those vintage bags to create a one of a kind piece. Its a great way to pay tribute to a luxury bag that is beyond repair.
